PowerPoint
Viewer 2003 lets you view full-featured presentations created
in PowerPoint 97 and later versions. This viewer also supports opening
password-protected Microsoft PowerPoint presentations. You can view
and print presentations, but you cannot edit them in the PowerPoint
Viewer 2003.
1. PowerPoint
Viewer 2007 - Microsoft Office PowerPoint Viewer 2007 lets you
view full-featured presentations created in PowerPoint 97 and later
versions.
2. Word
Viewer 2003 - View, print and copy Word documents, even if you
don't have Word installed. This download is a replacement for Word
97 Viewer and all previous Word Viewer versions.
3. Excel
Viewer 2003 - With Excel Viewer 2003, you can open, view, and
print Excel workbooks, even if you don't have Excel installed. You
can also copy data from Excel Viewer 2003 to another program. However,
you cannot edit data, save a workbook, or create a new workbook. This
download is a replacement for Excel Viewer 97 and all previous Excel
Viewer versions.
4. PowerPoint
Templates Pack 3 - This download is a collection of PowerPoint
design templates from PowerPoint 4.0, PowerPoint 95, PowerPoint 97,
and PowerPoint 2000.
5. Office
File Converter Pack - This download provides file converters and
image filters for Microsoft Office programs, from Microsoft Office
97 to Microsoft Office 2003.

Change the desktop background:
Right click on the desktop
Left click on Properties
Click on Desktop tab
Make selection
Click OK
Email - Empty Trash
Right click on the trash can
Left click on empty trash can
Internet - Address bar
Type in known address - i.e. msnbc.com
Search Engine - i.e. google
Type known info about subject
i.e. "canadian guess" +habits
Print Part of a document
Select the part to print
Click file and then print
Click in circle next to "selection"
Click Print
Images - Resize graphics
Click on Grphic to Select it
Click and drag on a corner to make larger or smaller
Email - Spelling
Right click on the word that is mispelled
Left click on the correctly spelled word
Screensaver -
Control Panel
Display
Screensaver
Delete cookies in IE
Click on Tools and then Internet Options
Delete
Copy = Ctrl+C
Paste = Ctrl+V
Use Internet resource to create a new document in
Wordprocessor
Find the info you want to use in your document
Click and drag across it (the text) to "select it"
Do a Ctrl+C to copy the text
Open a place to "paste" the text (WORD program, new email
message)
Do a Ctrl+V to paste the text
Printer kepps printing
Open the Print Queue (Click on printer icon in notification tray)
Click on the last print job in the queue
Click on Document
Click on Cancel
Repeat until all jobs in queue are gone.
Printer won't print
Double click on Printer icon
Cancel multiple jobs - see above
Click on Printer
Click on Use print Offline to put it back Online
Printer will now print again.
